| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro UK, Delta, Visa Electron and Amex. If you have a PayPal account you can also pay using PayPal express checkout. All items must be paid for at the time of ordering. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

| Delivery Schedule We process your order when received. We will normally dispatch your order to you in 2 to 3 working days of order (unless indicated otherwise on the product page - note Dance Naturals items that are made to order have a lead time of 7 to 8 weeks these items are specified on the individual item pages) for all items in stock when cheques have cleared or Credit Card authorisations completed. If any items are out of stock we will contact you with the estimated delivery date. If you wish to wait we will put your items on back order and contact you when the goods are in stock and dispatched. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Normally delivery of out of stock items is within 28 days however special order items and items requiring one off manufacture may take up to 6 to 8 weeks. |
| Tax Charges UK VAT rates will be charged on all goods sold over the Internet to customers with a delivery address within the EU. |

| Returns Policy If any item in your order is found to have a manufacturing defect within 14 days of receipt please return it to us and will we replace the item or refund you the cost of the item. If any item is found to be an incorrect fit or you wish to return them for any other reason within 7 days of receipt please return to us and we will replace the item with another size or refund you the value of the returned item. Please note shoes should be tried for size on soft flooring - we cannot accept returns if the shoes have any scuff damage to the soles, heels or uppers, cut straps or other signs of protracted use. Returned shoes should where possible be made with the original shoe box the shoes were supplied in.
